A alternative method used in South Africa

1. A drinking bottle is filled with 200mls tap water using a measuring cup.  

 2. The bottle is labelled with drug name, concentration and date of reconstitution, and a 200mcg misoprostol tablet is added to the bottle.

 3. The bottle is shaken vigorously with the lid on.

4. The solution is then dispensed in the required amounts, shaking the bottle before each use.
